We offer free international standard shipping on orders over 59 USD, free priority shipping on orders over 99 USD, and free express shipping (remote service fee excluded) on orders over 149Ā USD.
Stamtechs is not responsible for anyĀ duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. so these costs will be borne by you. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
We hold no responsibility for incorrect addresses given or late changes on addresses. If you do enter an incorrect address, pleaseĀ contact usĀ asap and we will do our best to rectify the error.Ā If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package. TheĀ shipping carrier may charge a fee for the return shippingĀ and re-delivery. This cost will be borne by you.
RETURNS
Our policy lastsĀ 7 days. IfĀ 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canāt offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized or customized goods such asĀ wax seal stamps and gift cards cannot be returned.

SHIPPING BACK TO US

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youāll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasnāt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
